Here is some information on renting cottages for the summer time period.
- 5% book a year in advance
- 18% start booking in January
- 20% in February, March and April
- 15% book in May for summer
- 30% book in June
- 12% book in July and August and most people have to settle for whatever dates that are left vacant, or are referred to another resort.
